We provide ongoing aftercare planning, alumni support, and care coordination to help you maintain your sobriety long after leaving our program. Your success is our long-term commitment.
Everything You Want to Know
We know this decision comes with a lot of questions. Here are the ones we hear most often.
What if I don't have insurance or can't afford treatment?▾
Cost should never be a barrier to getting help. We accept most major insurance plans and will verify your benefits for free — with no commitment required. If you're uninsured or underinsured, call us and we'll work through your options together. We're here to help you find a way forward, no matter your situation.
Can I keep working or taking care of my family during treatment?▾
Yes — that's exactly what our outpatient programs are designed for. Our IOP and standard outpatient programs offer both day and evening scheduling so you can maintain your work, family, and other commitments. Many of our patients hold full-time jobs while actively enrolled in treatment.
How long does treatment last?▾
Treatment length is personalized. PHP typically runs 4–6 weeks, IOP runs 6–12 weeks, and standard outpatient continues as long as needed. We adjust your plan weekly based on your progress — so you're never kept longer than necessary, and never moved too quickly. Your clinical team makes those decisions together with you.
Is everything I share truly confidential?▾
Absolutely. Everything you share with our team is protected by HIPAA and federal confidentiality laws specific to addiction treatment. We will never share your information with your employer, family members, or anyone else without your explicit written consent. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
What makes Woburn Wellness different from other treatment centers?▾
Our outcomes are independently verified — we achieve nearly double the national average long-term recovery rate. We're JCAHO and LegitScript certified, carry a 4.8-star rating from 140 patient reviews, and offer same-day admissions. But beyond the numbers, our patients consistently tell us that they feel genuinely known and cared for — not processed through a system.
What happens after I complete the program?▾
Discharge planning begins on day one. Before you graduate, your team will create a personalized aftercare plan including alumni support groups, community resources, and ongoing care coordination. Recovery is a long-term journey — we stay invested in yours well beyond your last session.
