Jade graduated with her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling from Cambridge College. Jade has experience working with adolescents, adults and families in the fields of mental health, special education and substance use disorders. She utilizes a person-centered approach and believes in individualizing each client, specifically meeting the client where they are at in life. Jade practices from a compassionate and empathetic place and enjoys working with all ages. She is committed to helping people overcome any obstacles they may be facing. It is her desire to help individuals achieve their goals of being healthy and happy. Here in therapy she hopes to build a strong, trusting bond by being genuine, empathetic, respectful, and open-minded. Jade believes that everyone deserves the chance to heal and the opportunity to grow. Through lived and professional experience, she has learned that sometimes life challenges can overwhelm us and prevent us from experiencing happiness. Jade’s approach is to build a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic connection to bring healing and the ability to improve each individual’s quality of life.
