What recovery at Woburn feels like
Straight answers
Questions everyone asks first
Can I keep working while in treatment?
Yes. That’s the point of outpatient care. Day, evening and weekend sessions are scheduled around your job. Many clients attend evening groups after work and never take extended leave.
How many hours per week is it?
It depends on your level of care. Full day treatment runs up to eight hours a day, five days a week. Partial
day treatment is several hours a day, up to five days a week. Traditional outpatient is typically one or two
sessions weekly. Your assessment determines where you start.
Do I need detox before outpatient treatment?
Not always. If withdrawal is a risk, we offer medically supervised detox first and transition you directly into
outpatient care with the same clinical team. Your intake assessment answers this in one conversation.
What if I've already been to rehab?
Outpatient care is often the right next step after residential treatment, and it’s also where many people
restart after a relapse. No judgment, just a plan that accounts for what didn’t work last time.
Will my insurance cover it?
Most private plans cover outpatient treatment, often at little to no cost. We’re in-network with most major
insurers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts. Verify
in 2 minutes, free and confidential.
Is it confidential?
Completely. Your employer is never notified, and your insurance company is not contacted when you verify
benefits through our form.
The hardest part is this call. We'll handle everything after it.
One confidential conversation. No pressure, no judgment, just clear answers about coverage, cost and a schedule that works with your life.
